1. OWN OR HOLD TITLE TO ANY PROPERTY LISTED THROUGH THE DIGITAL SERVICES.
2. VERIFY OR INSPECT THE CONDITION OR LEGAL STATUS OF THE PROPERTIES.
3. PARTICIPATE IN OR TAKE POSSESSION OF ANY PAYMENTS MADE BETWEEN USERS OUTSIDE THE PLATFORM.

We function solely as a technology provider to facilitate interactions between users. All agreements, disputes, or transactions are the responsibility of the parties involved.
